This raven necklace is my original design cast in 925 sterling silver with a rainbow moonstone hanging from it's feet. I made the original raven out of sterling silver sheet with a jeweler's saw, hand gravers and a micro-motor. My husband made a mold of the original and then cast it in 925 sterling silver. Since some detail is lost in the casting process I engrave each casted raven anew. The necklace is oxidized and polished to get a dark patina in the recesses to highlight the pattern.

The stone is a natural rainbow moonstone.
